1. Assumption of Risk: The Provider acknowledges that participation in the Event involves risks, including property damage or personal injury. The Provider voluntarily assumes all risks associated with their participation.2. Indemnification: The Provider agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SolanoDignity and Care Foundation, its officers, employees, and volunteers from any claims,damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from the Provider’s operations, presence at the event, or actions of their staff.3. Food Safety & Allergens: (If applicable) Providers serving food or beverages certify they are in compliance with Solano County Health Department regulations.
4. Dignity Code of Conduct: The Provider agrees to treat all attendees, volunteers, and staff with the utmost respect and empathy. Any behavior deemed discriminatory, harassing, or demeaning by the Foundation will result in immediate removal from the event without a refund of fees.5. Limitation of Liability: Solano Dignity and Care Foundation is not liable for lost profits, theft of merchandise, or incidental damages suffered by the Provider.
1. Grant of Rights: The Provider grants Solano Dignity and Care Foundation the irrevocable right to use the Provider’s likeness, voice, and images of their booth or products captured during the Event for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.2. No Compensation: The Provider acknowledges they will receive no financial compensation for the use of such images.3. Respectful Representation: The Foundation agrees that all media will be used in a manner that upholds the mission of “Dignity and Care.” We will not use Provider imagery in a way that misrepresents the Provider’s brand or values.4. Ownership: All official event photography and videography remain the property of Solano Dignity and Care Foundation.
