Providing Care
Restoring Dignity
Our Mission
To empower and uplift vulnerable populations, including seniors (55+), low-income individuals, and the unhoused, by providing comprehensive and essential services—spanning food, clothing, medical, social, behavioral, mental health, and stable housing—while promoting long-term well-being through accessible lifecare planning for the entire community.
Our Dream
A community where every resident, regardless of age, income, or housing status, has equitable access to the essential resources and proactive planning necessary to live a life defined by dignity, security, and optimal well-being.
Solano Dignity And Care Foundation Values
Dignity
We treat all individuals, especially seniors, low-income people, and the unhoused, with respect and human decency, honoring their autonomy and inherent worth.
Compassion & Care
We act with empathy and kindness, recognizing the unique challenges faced by vulnerable populations, and strive to alleviate suffering through comprehensive, holistic services.
Equity & Access
We ensure that essential support—including food, housing, medical, and mental health services—is delivered fairly and without bias, striving for equal access for everyone in need.
Integrity
We operate with transparency, accountability, and ethical rigor in managing resources and fulfilling our promise to both the community and those we serve.
Empowerment
We aim to do more than provide relief; we seek to foster long-term stability and independence by connecting individuals to resources and promoting proactive Lifecare planning.
